Meet Dr. Tifany Elmalem

Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Tifany Elmalem studied dental medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with Honors in Clinical Dentistry. Before that, she earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, a background that still shapes how she thinks about the mouth: not as an isolated set of teeth, but as part of a person's overall health.

She completed her residency at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System in Manhattan, and that same patient-first approach carries into every treatment plan she builds today. A native New Yorker, Tifany spends her time outside the office traveling, practicing yoga, and taking photos.

A veneer is a thin, custom-fabricated shell of porcelain bonded to the front surface of a tooth. Rather than replacing the tooth, it refines it, correcting shape, length, color, and minor spacing while preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible. Dr. Elmalem designs each veneer to catch and reflect light the way real enamel does, so the result reads as a healthier, brighter version of your own smile.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Full Mouth Rehabilitation is a comprehensive, staged plan to rebuild most or all of the teeth at once, restoring bite alignment and function alongside appearance. Depending on the case, it may combine veneers, crowns, implants, and coordination with orthodontics into a single, sequenced plan rather than a series of disconnected fixes.

This approach is typically recommended for patients with significant wear across many teeth, several failing restorations, bite or jaw joint issues, or a mix of functional and cosmetic goals a single procedure can't address. Dr. Elmalem maps the entire mouth first, so every stage builds toward one coherent result.
